I am a commercially oriented strategic leader who has advised major businesses, built brands at scale, led complex multidisciplinary teams and translated consumer, brand and market insight into growth, over 21 years.

My experience spans across industries: financial services (insurance, remittances & payments technology), CPG (snacks, beverages, groceries), automotive (Multi-segments: Bakkies / Pick-Up Trucks, SUVs, Commercial Vehicles, Luxury Vans & Passenger Cars) and platform businesses (Search Engine, Financial Health & Marketplace, Gaming).

Over the two decades, I have led & directed multi-market initiatives across African markets (and European projects), influenced strategic investment decisions through customer, market & competitive insight and formulated strategic recommendations and reported business performance to executive stakeholders. Essentially, I operate at the intersection of commercial growth, regional leadership, P&L oversight, executive influence and marketing accountability.

I’m currently Head of Strategy at Net#work BBDO & TeamX SA (Omnicom’s bespoke global marketing and communications agency for Mercedes-Benz Vans & Passenger Cars), where I lead enterprise growth initiatives for the agency and blue-chip brands in South Africa & Pan-African regions.
