Karabo runs TBWA\Hunt Lascaris in Johannesburg and his sole mandate is to reposition the agency, make it future fit, and reclaim its top spot locally and internationally. Since being at the helm for more than 4 years, Karabo has overseen a restructure of three businesses within the collective with the ultimate aim of creating an ‘ideas consultancy’ with Disruption at its core.

Currently, he is focusing on optimising agency output through looking at dynamic teams, digitisation, innovation and a refocus on ‘the work’ meaning bringing creativity to the centre of the agency’s universe.

Karabo has grown up in advertising and has also had a few stints on client side as well as running his own agency. He loves travel, design, art, music, connecting with people and having a really good time whilst doing all of this.
