Siphokazi joined Omnicom Advertising South Africa (OA SA), formerly TBWA\South Africa, as CFO in February 2016.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years experience in financial management across broadcasting and advertising.

Siphokazi holds multiple qualifications including a BCom Honours in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, a BCom Honours in Ecomonics from RAU (now the the University of Johannesburg).

After completing her articles at Deloitte & Touche South Africa, she joined Kagiso Media as the CFO for Broadcasting.

As the financial head for OA SA, she is responsible for driving the overall financial strategy and maintaining the financial health of the group to ensure that we have a sustainable business. This involves running efficient and effective operations, minimising risk and making the right strategic decisions for the business.
